Shh… Healthy Biscuits
¾ cup muesli , Finely ground in food processor
125g unsalted butter
¼ cup Agave or ½ cup raw sugar
¾ cup spelt flour
1 egg yolk
Preheat oven to 180C.
Process muesli, dates and butter until finely ground.
Add the egg yolk process until smooth.
Stir through agave and flour with a metal spoon.
Roll a tablespoon of dough into a ball and press into a biscuit shape.
Place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for 12 minutes or until golden-brown.
